OUR TEAM
Meet the professionals behind Field and Forms dedicated to supporting your farming business.

Rachael Burchell
Director
Born and bred in West Cornwall, Rachael is delighted to be rebranding her business to form Field & Forms. Having served as the Cornwall YFC County Chairman in 2021/22, Rachael is no stranger to Agriculture in Cornwall. For the past five years, she has been working with farmers and business owners to deliver well-respected customer service and advice. Together with her Husband, Brett, they are tenants of the Tregothnan Estate running a mixed Beef and sheep farm on the outskirts of Truro.

Sally Benney
Rural Assistant
With a background in banking and healthcare, Sally brings a sharp eye for detail and a strategic mindset to the agricultural sector. Now fully immersed in farm life, she helps manage a mixed-breed flock of commercial sheep alongside Chris (Rachael's father) at their home farm. Her firsthand experience, combined with a deep understanding of finance and operations, makes her a valuable resource for farmers navigating the complexities of modern agriculture. As a serving parish councillor for Wendron Parish, Sally also actively advocates for rural communities, ensuring that farmers' voices are heard.

Barley Holloway
Rural Assistant
With a strong foundation in Economics, Business, and Human Biology, Barley pursued a career in accounts and administration, bringing analytical skills and structured efficiency to agricultural business operations. Her deep-rooted connection to the rural community extends beyond the office; she is an active Helston & St Keverne Young Farmers Club member and a dedicated show jumper, regularly competing with her horses, Gordon and Onyx. Barley’s understanding of the business and practical aspects of agriculture makes her a valuable asset to farmers looking for reliable, industry-focused support.

Pip Burchell
Office Dog & Morale Booster
Pip is the heart of the Field & Forms office, providing unwavering support through tail wags and well-timed coffee break reminders. With a keen eye for spotting snacks and a talent for boosting team morale, she ensures the office runs smoothly, especially when it comes to lunchtime supervision. Whether greeting visitors or keeping spirits high, Pip takes her role as Office Dog very seriously.
